What this site collects

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Visiting a page does not create an account or a profile.

Information you send us

The contact form composes an email in your own email program. Nothing is stored on this website. When you send that email, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, and message you chose to include.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your message and, if it leads to an account, to carry out business with you. We do not sell contact information and we do not add anyone to a mailing list without being asked.

Order information

Orders placed with us require a name, shipping address, and contact details so the order can be picked, packed, and delivered. That information is shared with fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to the extent needed to deliver a package, and with payment processors to complete a transaction. It is not shared for any other purpose.

Retention and requests

Correspondence and order records are kept as long as needed for business and tax records. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, write to orders@perfectlygoodsupply.com.
